TEMPE, Ariz. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its newest set of Division II national rankings this week, with Montevallo's Elena Ondobo ranking No. 55 in women's singles.

Ondobo has been solid for the Falcons all year, as she holds the best singles record on the team at 11-4. Ondobo primarily has played at the No. 2 singles spot, where she holds an 8-2 record. The freshman is 1-0 at the No. 1 spot and 2-2 at the No. 3 spot.

Ondobo and the Falcons wrapped up the regular season and enter the Gulf South Conference as the No. 6 seed. Montevallo will face off against No. 3 seed Lee in the first round on Thursday, Apr. 24 in Montgomery, Ala.
