BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Montevallo women's lacrosse senior Ellery Shearer has been named Second Team All-Gulf South Conference after leading Montevallo's attack throughout the 2026 season.

Shearer, a two-time All-GSC selection, led Montevallo's offense with a total of 37 points on a team-high 32 goals while adding five assists. The Johns Creek, Ga. native added a 7-for-16 mark on free-position shots while adding 17 ground balls, 13 caused turnovers and a pair of draw controls. Shearer tallied a pair of games this season that featured four goals and one assist for five points while posting a season-best four caused turnovers against Saint Leo on March 1.
