HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons scored in the first 30 seconds of the game off of a Jami Hudak goal that was assisted by Lexie Wright to take a 1-0 lead over the Bulldogs.
- The Bulldogs went on a four goal run to take a 4-1 lead over the Falcons. Lara Schuetz stopped the run with an unassisted goal in the 22nd minute of the first half to pull Montevallo within two goals of the lead.
- The Falcons entered halftime trailing the Bulldogs 14-7.
- Both teams exchanged goals in the second half as neither team seemed to gain the advantage. The Falcons had two late goals that helped cut the Bulldog's lead to six as Tennessee Wesleyan came away with the 22-16 victory.
