FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The University of Montevallo women's lacrosse team defeated the Emmanuel College Lions 18-14 in their first road contest of the season.

Montevallo improved to 2-0 on the season and today's win now ties the series with Emmanuel College at 1-1.
