PENSACOLA, Fla. – The University of Montevallo women's golf team finished seventh in team standings in a 11-team field April 1-2 at the Argonaut Invitational hosted by the University of West Florida.
The Falcons collectively carded a three-round score of 107-over par 971 with rounds of 321-325-325 in their final tournament before the Gulf South Conference Championship.
Sophomore Kayla Shelton led the Falcons with her 17-over par 233, which placed her in a tie for 14th overall in individual standings.
Junior Morgan Prickett finished with a 28-over par 244, which placed her in a tie for 24th overall in individual standings in the event.
Sophomore Emma Perier came in 29th overall in individual standings with her three-round score of 29-over par 245.

- Sophomore Kayla Shelton posted the lowest round by a Montevallo golfer in the event with her 4-over par 76 in the final round.
