CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The University of Montevallo men's cross country team posted a top-5 finish in team standings in a 7-team field with a third-place finish in University of Tennessee-Chattanooga Twilight meet.

• The Falcons finished third among non Division I, teams competing in the event, behind Emory and event-champion Lee.
• Montevallo featured three runners among the top 20 finishers in individual standings.
• Sophomore Joe Leventry paced the Falcons with a time of 22:17.36, which placed him 12^th overall in individual standings.
• Senior Jake Royster and freshman Joseph Pitard finished 18^th and 19^th respectively, with times of 22:27.36 and 22:28.45
