GREENWOOD, S.C. - The Montevallo women's golf team wrapped up their third event of the spring at the Lady Bearcat Invitational with an 11th place finish.
Emma Perier led the way for the Falcons in South Carolina. The French native fired rounds of 74-79 in the two day, eighteen hole event. Perrier's two round total of (+9) 153 placed her in a tie for 39th place.
Freshman Bernardita Villalba carded rounds of 79-75 for the two days. She finished the event in a tie for 45th place at (+10) 154.
Canadian native Alicia Easthope was third on the week for Montevallo. Easthope fired consecutive rounds of 78 that saw her in a tie for 52nd place at (+12) 156.
Macall Miller also came in a tie for 52nd place for the Lady Falcons this week. Miller's rounds of 77-79 gave her the same two round finish of Easthope at (+12) 156.
Florida native Kayla Shelton finished off her week in a tie for 62nd place on the leaderboard. Shelton carded rounds of 81-77 that completed her week at (+14) 158.
Avery Pool rounded out the squad for the Lady Falcons on the east coast this week. Pool carded a first round 84 before coming back in round two firing off a 77. Her two round total of (+17) 161 placed her in a tie for 74th place.
UP NEXT: The Falcons will head to Pensacola, Florida to take on the Argonaut Invitational hosted by UWF, with events set to begin Monday, April 5th.
