MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Div. II Conference Commissioners Association has released its 2024 Div. II Women's Soccer All-South Region awards with a quartet of Falcons named to the regional squad.

Montevallo ranked second in the Gulf South Conference with four selections to the regional teams with
Morgan Goehring earning a first-team nod while
Isabel Dillehay,
Shadia Valenzuela and
Marica Miljanovic earning spots on the second team.
Goehring, a sophomore midfielder, earned the first All-Region first team selection since Stacey Balaam following the 2008 season. The Yorba Linda, Ca. native tallied 18 total points on the season with a total of six assists and six goals, including the game-winner in Montevallo's win over Florida Tech in the NCAA Tournament. Goehring has appeared in 20 games for the Falcons with 19 starts and a total of 1,479 minutes of action.
Dillehay, a sophomore forward, earned her first all-region honor with a total of 19 points on the season with eight goals and three assists. The Centennial, Colo. native started all 22 games for the Falcons with 1,465 minutes played while firing 36 shots with 21 shots on goal. Dillehay tallied a pair of game winners on the season against West Alabama and Alabama Huntsville back in September.
Valenzuela, a junior transfer, was named second-team all-region after leading Montevallo with 11 goals on the season while adding four assists for a total of 26 points. The Beunaventura, Colombia native has appeared in all 22 games in 2024 with nine starts for a total of 1,103 minutes played. The forward has tallied three game-winning goals on the season with 71 shots and 24 shots on goal.
Miljanovic, a senior defender, earned her first-career all-region nod after playing in 21 games in 2024 with 20 starts and a total of 1,764 minutes in the Falcons' backline. The Burnaby, B.C., Canada native has scored a pair of goals on the season while adding two assists for a total of six points. The senior helped lead the Falcons' defense to a record 10 shutouts on the season while allowing just 1.14 goals per game.
Montevallo's four selections are the most in program-history on a single all-region release with the Falcons' following West Florida for the most selections by a GSC member.
Goehring, the Falcons' lone first-team honoree, moves on to D2CCA All-America voting with the All-American team released on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
