BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Gulf South Conference released its 2025 Men's Soccer Yearly Awards on Thursday afternoon, as Montevallo's Dominic Kienzle was named an All-GSC First Team Forward.

The Kaarst, Germany native has been key for the Falcons all season, playing in and starting all 16 games in his second year at Montevallo. Kienzle closed the regular season with 11 goals which leads the GSC and is tied for 12^th in the nation. The senior has also recorded three assists to bring his point total to 25 which is ranked second in the conference. Kienzle is the first Falcon to score double digit goals since 2017. The dynamic forward recorded a hat trick to lead Montevallo to a 3-2 win over Trevecca Nazarene, while earning a pair of braces in games against Mars Hill and Spring Hill.

Kienzle is also tied for a GSC leading-four game-winning goals, which is tied for 12^th in the nation. Through 16 games, Kienzle has recorded 41 shots with 21 being on goal (both team highs), while going a perfect 2-for-2 on penalty kick attempts.

Kienzle and the Falcons travel to Montgomery, Ala., this weekend, to face third-seeded AUM in the first round of the GSC Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 9.
