MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Montevallo women's soccer ranks fifth in the second NCAA South Region Rankings with just two weeks left until the field is selected for the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

Montevallo's Division II record heading into this week's ranking marked a 9-5-2 record with a 9-4-2 mark against In-Region opponents. The first set of numerical rankings sits Montevallo in fifth place alongside three other Gulf South Conference teams in No. 1 West Florida, No. 3 Lee and No. 8 West Alabama. This week's rankings do not include the Falcons' 2-0 win over Clayton State from Nov. 3.
 
The Falcons will look to improve on their ranking after facing off with sixth-seeded Spring Hill on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 4 p.m.
 
The next set of NCAA Regional Rankings will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 11 with the NCAA Div. II Women's Soccer Selection Show set for Monday, Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m.
