CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Montevallo track and field teams recorded a pair of podium finishes and three other Falcons were point scorers on the second day of the Gulf South Conference Championships. Most of Friday's events were not able to take place due to inclement weather and the new schedule can be found

Leah Dendy earned the highest place finish on the day for the Falcons, placing second in the Women's Pole Vault with a height of 3.50m.
Hallie Harrell also picked up a podium finish, placing third overall in the Heptathlon with a total of 3885.
Four Falcons placed in the top ten in the Men's Triple Jump.
Gabe Gamble and
Caleb Kariuki were point scorers for Montevallo, as Gamble placed fifth with a jump of 13.57m and Kariuki placed seventh with a jump of 13.85m.
Drew Cheslock placed eighth with a jump of 13.57m and
Cameron Parker placed ninth with a jump of 13.36m.
Natalie Warner earned the highest place finish for Montevallo in running events on Friday, placing seventh in the Women's 5000m with a time of 18:32.21.
Reagan Oliver placed 11
th with a time of 19:12.78 and
Morgan Remley clocked in at 19:32.16 to finish 12
th.
Action on Saturday is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. CST.
