NEW ORLEANS, La. – The USTFCCCA announced its All-Academic awards on Monday, with Katie Wilkerson being honored on the individual list and both men's and women's programs being honored on the teams list.

To be named an All-Academic Athlete, the individual must hold a 3.25 cumulative GPA and a top-50 national ranking in a single event (indoor or event). To receive All-Academic Team status, the program must hold a 3.00 cumulative GPA.

Katie Wilkerson posted a 3.393 GPA in pursuit of a biology degree. The Beauregard, Ala. native held a top-50 outdoor ranking in the Discus, as she posted the 43^rd best mark across NCAA DII with a distance of 46.08m. Wilkerson earned this mark at the Gulf South Conference Championships which broke the conference and school record in the event.

The Falcon women earned a cumulative GPA of 3.343 to be named on the All-Academic Team list, while the men captured All-Academic Team honors with a cumulative GPA of 3.110.
