Komara Adds Eight Falcons with 2025 Recruiting Class

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Montevallo Men's Basketball Head Coach Anthony Komara has unveiled the 2025 men's basketball recruiting class that features eight new Falcons for the 2025-26 season.

The 2025 class features transfers Jacob Cooper and Sam Duskin while adding freshmen in Adam Barskdale, Devon McKinnon, Miller Moody, Ty Odom, Bryant James and Tyler Cone. The incoming class joins a group that posted a 20-11 record overall with a 15-7 mark in conference play while making the Falcons' first NCAA Postseason appearance since the 2016-17 season.

"This group brings a ton of versatility to our team that should fit very well with the returners that we have back from last year," said Komara. "This incoming class has a nice blend of size, skill, and shooting to go along with a high level of toughness that will fit seamlessly into what we do on both ends of the court.  While we are obviously very excited about the talent level and potential of this class, we are even more excited about the kind of people they are.  These guys are a great fit with us on and off the court and will undoubtedly help us continue building one of the best cultures in the nation, which is what I am most excited about."
