LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Coaches Fastpitch Association released the first top-25 poll of the regular season on Tuesday, with Montevallo receiving 17 votes.

The Week One poll reflects games played through Feb. 8, 2026.

Montevallo played six games during that period and went 5-1, with the only lost coming to No. 8 West Texas A&M. Montevallo has captured wins over No. 18 Rogers State, Middle Georgia, McKendree, Ohio Dominican, and Young Harris.

The Falcons captured a pair of run-rule victories over Miles on Tuesday and return to action this weekend with four games at the Cougar-Hurricane Classic.
