NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released its 2026 All-Region list for the indoor season, as ten Falcons earned 11 All-Region awards.
The top-five individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-three relay teams.
Five Falcon women combined to earn six All-Region honors.
Saskia Rhind earned multiple All-Region nods, being recognized for Pentathlon and High Jump. Rhind finished indoor season, ranking fourth in the region in the Pentathlon (3302 points) and fifth in High Jump (1.62m). Hallie Harrell also earned region honors in the Pentathlon, as she finished fifth with a point total of 3023. Dendy captured All-Region accolades in the Pole Vault, finishing fifth with a height of 3.57m. Natania Nasieku earned region honors in the Triple Jump (fifth – 11.54m), while Cesleigh Martin picked up region honors in the Shot Put (fifth – 12.72m).
On the men's side, five Falcons picked up All-Region honors.
Zak Ferguson collects All-Region honors, after earning the highest-place finish for Montevallo. He closed his first indoor season by ranking second in the Mile with a time of 4:05.22. A pair of Falcons earned region honors in the Shot Put in Cooper Myl (third – 15.92m) and Caleb Newell (fourth – 15.81m). Alonzo Abara earns region honors in the Pole Vault (fourth – 4.60m) and Drew Cheslock earns region honors in the 400m (fifth – 48.11).
Montevallo closed the indoor season with a pair of fourth-place team finishes at the Gulf South Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships.
