NEW ORLEANS, La. – The United States Track and Field Cross Country released its 2026 All-Region list for the outdoor season, as nine Falcons garnered 14 All-South Region honors.
The top five-individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-three relay teams.
Six Falcon women picked up eight All-Region honors.
Katie Wilkerson earned a pair of All-Region nods, being recognized for Javelin and Discus. Wilkerson finished the outdoor season, ranking second in the region in Javelin (44.45m) and fourth in Discus (44.04m). Saskia Rhind also captured multiple region honors in the Heptathlon and High Jump. Rhind ranked third in the region in the Heptathlon (4521 points) and fifth in High Jump (1.64m).
Hallie Harrell picks up region honors in the Heptathlon, ranking fourth with a point total of 4331, while Natania Nasieku earns accolades for the Triple Jump, ranking fourth with a jump of 11.87m. Cesleigh Martin earns region honors for the Shot Put, ranking fourth with a distance of 12.88m and Elizabeth Hayhurst earns recognition for the Javelin, ranking fifth with a distance of 42.02m.
Three Falcon men earned six All-Region nods.
Christopher Johnson led the way with three All-Region accolades in Discus, Hammer, and Shot Put. Johnson holds the top Discus mark in the region (56.43m), while ranking third in the Hammer (52.98m) and fifth in the Shot Put (15.64m).
Jeremiah Fails picked up a pair of region honors in the 100m and 200m. Fails ranks second in the 200m with a time of 20.75 and fourth in the 100m with a time of 10.32. Caleb Newell earned recognition in the Shot Put, ranking third with a distance of 15.80m.
