West Florida: The Argonauts went on the road at knocked off nationally-ranked Valdosta State University 91-84 in their final Gulf South Conference contest Feb. 22.

• Head coach Danny Young led the Falcons to three Gulf South Conference Tournament championships in his first four seasons at the helm after the Falcons had advanced to the conference tournament just once prior to his arrival before the 2003-04 season.

• This is the 11th Gulf South Conference Tournament appearance for West Florida dating back to the 1997-98 season and this season marks the first time that the Argonauts have made back-to-back tournament appearances since 2012-13 and 2013-14.
