Box Score MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo women's tennis team fell to visiting Alabama-Huntsville 5-2 in a Gulf South Conference match April 11.

The Falcons fell to 7-8 overall and 4-3 in Gulf South Conference play.

Freshman Anne-Christine Leu defeated Sarah Stearman of UAH 7-6, 1-6, 6-0 in the No. 2 singles' match.

Junior Amanda Gautreaux topped the Chargers' Rinata Bauzhanova 6-4, 6-3 in the No. 3 singles' match.

The Chargers won four singles' matches and swept all three doubles' matches to secure the doubles' point.

Montevallo will return to action Sunday, April 14 with a Gulf South Conference match against Lee at 9:30 a.m.
