GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its 2025-26 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Tennis Academic All-District Teams on Tuesday, with eight Montevallo student-athletes earning recognition. Representing the women's team were
Anna Nevada Henriksen,
Klara Podskubkova,
Claire Jaramba, and
Latizia Bojara, while
Guilherme Gracioli,
Luiz Gobbi,
Leonidas Lazarides, and
Samuel Maia were honored on the men's side.
Nevada Henriksen earned her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District selection in her first season with the Falcons. The junior Exercise and Nutrition Science major maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA while compiling a 5-9 singles record, primarily at the No. 4 position. She also posted a 6-4 doubles mark at No. 3 doubles alongside
Latizia Bojara and
Ella De Jesus.
Podskubkova secured All-District honors after posting a 3.77 cumulative GPA as a Finance major. The All-GSC Second Team selection appeared in 14 matches, primarily at the No. 1 singles position. She and
Claire Jaramba led the Falcons in doubles victories, finishing 7-7 together on the season. Podskubkova appeared in the ITA singles rankings five times during the season, climbing as high as No. 57 nationally.
Jaramba earned CSC Academic All-District recognition following a strong junior campaign while maintaining a 3.96 GPA as a Speech Pathology major. She appeared in all 15 matches, primarily competing at the No. 2 singles position, while also posting a 2-2 record at the top spot. Jaramba teamed with Podskubkova to lead the Falcons in doubles wins with a 7-7 record at No. 1 doubles.
Bojara received Academic All-District honors after a solid senior season and a perfect 4.0 GPA as a Psychology major. She recorded a 5-6 singles mark, including a 2-1 record at No. 5 singles. In doubles play, she finished 6-6 overall, primarily at No. 2 doubles, including a 3-5 record alongside
Sophia Baillos. Bojara was also named the GSC Champion Scholar-Athlete, awarded to the student-athlete with the highest GPA at last month's GSC Tournament.
On the men's side, Gracioli earned CSC Academic All-District honors following a strong sophomore season. The Finance and Marketing major posted a 3.69 cumulative GPA while recording a team-best 7-6 doubles record. Competing alongside
Simon Luigs at the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles positions, the duo appeared in every ITA doubles ranking during the season and reached as high as No. 21 nationally.
Gobbi also earned a spot on the Academic All-District Team after posting a 3.61 cumulative GPA as a Psychology major. He competed at the top of the Falcons' doubles lineup alongside
Samuel Maia and finished the season with six doubles victories.
Lazarides claimed CSC Academic All-District recognition after maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA while pursuing a degree in Management. The Bristol, England native posted a 6-5 doubles record, including a 5-3 mark alongside
Christian Bacher at the No. 2 position. The pair appeared twice in the ITA doubles rankings, climbing as high as No. 35 nationally.
Maia rounded out the Falcons' honorees after posting a 3.87 cumulative GPA as a Finance and Marketing major. He appeared in 11 singles matches, splitting time between the No. 1 and No. 2 positions. Maia also recorded a 5-8 doubles mark, primarily competing at the top of the lineup alongside Gobbi.
