LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Montevallo volleyball junior middle blocker Allie Dishman has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association South All-Region Team as announced, Wednesday.
 
Dishman is one of 160 student-athletes from around the nation to be named to an All-Region Team and is among the top-14 in the South Region.

After a successful junior campaign in which she led Montevallo in kills with 347, Dishman earned several honors including First Team All-GSC and D2CCA Second Team South All-Region.

During the season the Carrollton, Ga. native was twice named the GSC Offensive Player of the Week. She started in all 32 matches this season and recorded 2.82 kills per set with a .329 hit percentage.
