MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) announced its All-Region teams on Wednesday, with senior middle blocker Danielle Greene earning a place on the All-South Region First Team.

Greene put together a standout 2025 season, collecting First Team All-GSC honors and establishing herself as one of the nation's premier defensive performers. She led the Gulf South Conference with 170.0 blocks, a total that ranked second nationally, and set Montevallo's NCAA-era single-season blocks record.

The Montgomery, Ala., native was equally effective on the offensive side, leading the Falcons with 290 kills while recording a .315 hitting percentage, the fourth-highest mark in the GSC. She reached double-digit kills in 14 matches and posted five or more blocks in 16 contests, including three outings with 10 or more total blocks. Greene also surpassed 500 career kills during the season.
