LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Montevallo volleyball junior middle blocker Allie Dishman has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-America Honorable Mention Team, Wednesday.
 
Dishman is one of five student athletes from the GSC to be named the All-America teams.

The award is one of many for the junior this season as she was a two-time GSC Offensive Player of the Week, All-GSC First Team selection, D2CCA All-South Region Second Team selection, AVCA All-South Region Team selection and named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.


The Carrollton, Ga. started in all 32 matches this season and recorded 2.82 kills per set with a .329 hit percentage while leading Montevallo and ranking toward the top of the league with 347 kills.
