MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Head Coach Haven O'Quinn has announced the addition of Delaney Sisson as an assistant coach for the Montevallo volleyball program ahead of the 2026 season.

"I'm thrilled to have Delaney join the staff," O'Quinn said. "She's extremely invested in our program and has a passion for the game. I'm grateful she wants to continue to have a role with Montevallo Volleyball."

A former Falcon setter, Sisson returns to Montevallo after completing her collegiate playing career under O'Quinn during the 2025 season. The Auburn, Alabama, native began her collegiate career at Pearl River Community College, where she competed from 2022-23 before spending the 2024 season at Bryan College. She transferred to Montevallo for her final season and helped guide the Falcons on and off the court in 2025.

As a senior, Sisson recorded 223 assists, 55 digs, and 10 service aces. She also excelled in the classroom, earning the Montevallo Senior Elite Award in sociology.

Prior to arriving at Montevallo, Sisson helped Pearl River capture the 2023 NJCAA Region 23 Championship and earned All-Region 23 honors following a standout sophomore campaign.

Sisson's father, Doug, starred for the Falcon baseball program from 1983-85 and was later inducted into the Montevallo Athletics Hall of Fame in 2019.

Sisson graduated from Montevallo in May 2026 with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
