MONTEVALLO, Ala. - University of Montevallo women's swimming's Maja Krawczyk and men's basketball's Cameron Glover have been named Montevallo Players of the Month for the month of December.
 
Maja Krawczyk (Women's Swimming)
Freshman swimmer Maja Krawczyk competed in two meets during December. At the Delta State Christmas Invitational, she competed in nine events including five relays over the four days. In the individual events she was able to break a school record in both the 100y back and 200y back with times of 58.00 and 2:04.34 respectively. Krawczyk was able to add another two personal records in individual events during the 50y free and the 50y back with times of 25.13 and 27.88 respectively. She was a relay lead-off for the 200 free, 400 medley and 800 free and was a split for the 200 free, and 400 free. At the Delta State Invitational Krawczyk finished fourth in the 100L back with a time of 1:08.53.
 
Cameron Glover (Men's Basketball)
Junior guard Cam Glover was an integral part of the Falcons three wins in December, including knocking off the #3/#4 West Georgia Wolves. Glover started in seven games for the Falcons, averaging 34.3 minutes a game. He shot .443 from the field, with a .400 three-point percentage and .966 shooting percentage from the free-throw line. With these impressive shooting numbers, Glover was able to average 18 points per game during December, including a season high 28 points against Shorter. Glover averaged 3.6 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game, with season highs in rebounds and assists against Huntingdon College with six and eight respectively.
