LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced its 2024-25 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list, with 14 Falcons being honored.

Mya Young were the Falcons honored on this list.
Benton (3.215 GPA – Social Work) had a solid initial season at Montevallo, capturing D2CCA Second Team All-South Region and GSC Second Team All-Conference honors, while posting a team leading 35 RBIs.
Bush (3.152 GPA - Exercise Science) played in seven games and started two in her freshman campaign.
Byrd (3.888 GPA – Exercise Science) was solid in the circle for the Falcons, finishing with a 1.50 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and .238 opponent batting average, while sharing a team leading-three saves.
Channell (3.602 GPA - Data Analytics) played in 26 games and started 15 through the 2025 campaign, recording five hits, two doubles, two RBIs, and five walks.
Hawkins (4.00 GPA – Education) started all 55 games for Montevallo in her freshman year and finished the year with the most sacrifice hits in a single season (13).
Johnson (3.863 GPA – Education) played in 44 games and started 35 through the season, tallying 27 hits, four doubles, one triple, and five RBIs.
Lloyd (3.909 GPA – Education) had a historic season, setting single season program records for wins (15) and complete games (16), while finishing with the lowest single season earned run average (2.10). Lloyd earned GSC Second Team All-Conference honors.
Mooney (3.811 GPA – Speech Pathology) appeared in 18 games and picked up six starts in the circle, posting a 2.96 ERA, 1.48 WHIP, and .186 opponent batting average.
Pendley (3.758 GPA – Exercise Science) had a strong senior season, garnering GSC Second Team All-Conference accolades, as she led the team in home runs (nine), slugging percentage (.575), OPS (.944), and total bases (92), while sharing a team leading eight stolen bases.
Stiner (4.00 GPA – Exercise Science) garnered GSC Second Team All-Conference honors and led the team in on-base percentage (.405), runs scored (40), and walks (22), while sharing a team leading eight stolen bases.
Tillery (4.00 GPA – Nursing) appeared in 12 games and started one in the circle in her freshman campaign.
Tyree (3.448 GPA – Psychology) started all 55 games in her first season at Montevallo and led the team in batting average (.320), hits (57), doubles (12), triples (five), sacrifice flies (four), and at-bats (178).
Whiddon (3.464 – Education) appeared in 26 games and started ten games in the circle, as she posted a 2.99 ERA, 1.51 WHIP, and .281 opponent batting average.
Young (3.816 - Speech Pathology) appeared in 14 games and started four in the circle, as she posted a 1.66 WHIP and a .312 opponent batting average.
