BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Gulf South Conference released its 2025-26 Indoor Track & Field yearly awards on Thursday afternoon with five Falcons garnering All-Conference honors.
On the men's side four Falcons earned Second Team All-GSC honors after earning second place finishes at the GSC Indoor Championships.
Jeremiah Fails earned All-Conference accolades in the Long Jump, placing second with a jump of 6.74m. Drew Cheslock received All-Conference recognition after placing second in the Triple Jump with a jump of 13.85m. Jack Pesarchick received an All-Conference nod in the High Jump, placing second with a jump of 2.01m. Zak Ferguson was the lone Falcon to receive All-Conference honors in a track event, placing second in the One Mile with a time of 4:05.22.
Cesleigh Martin was named Second Team All-GSC on the women's side, as she placed second in the Shot Put with a throw of 12.72m.
Outdoor season begins this weekend, as the Falcons compete in the Victor Icebreaker Duals on Saturday, Mar. 7.
