GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators named its Division II Men's and Women's Track & Field All-District teams, with ten Falcons being honored.

Along with meeting academic requirements, the student-athletes must possess a top-50 regional ranking in a single event (indoor or outdoor).
Five Falcon men were honored on the list which included
Preston Bennett,
Gabe Gamble,
Caleb Newell,
Cameron Prosser, and
Walter Womack.
Bennett, a junior, from Lillian, Ala., earns this honor after posting a 3.5111 GPA in pursuit of a Mass Communications degree. Bennett had a solid outdoor campaign, picking up four top-50 regional rankings in Shot Put (seventh – 14.80m), Discus (12
th – 43.73m), Hammer (22
nd – 41.94m), and Javelin (39
th – 39.87m).
Gamble, a junior, from Pelham, Ala., receives academic recognition after posting a 3.691 GPA in pursuit of a Mathematics degree. Gamble held a pair of top-50 regional rankings in Triple Jump (ninth – 13.86m) and Long Jump (39
th – 6.10m).
Newell, a junior, from Pelham, Ala., earns this honor after posting a 3.588 GPA in pursuit of an Elementary Education degree. Newell held a pair of top-50 indoor regional rankings in Weight Throw (ninth – 15.64m) and Shot Put (19
th – 13.42m).
Prosser, a sophomore, from Alabaster, Ala., receives academic recognition after posting a 3.770 GPA in pursuit of an Exercise and Nutrition Science degree. Prosser holds a top-50 outdoor regional ranking in the 3000m Steeplechase, as he ranks 30
th with a time of 10:06.39.
Womack, a sophomore, from Helena, Ala., earns this honor after posting a 3.500 GPA in pursuit of an Accounting degree. Womack held a pair of top-50 indoor regional rankings in the 200m (fourth – 21.73) and 60m (eighth – 6.88).

Wolf, a sophomore, from Foley, Ala., earns this honor after posting a 3.830 GPA in pursuit of an Exercise and Nutrition Science degree. Wolf had a solid outdoor campaign, picking up four top-50 regional rankings in Shot Put (second – 13.27m), Hammer (fourth – 49.38m), Discus (fifth – 44.93m), and Javelin (25
th – 32.70m).
Dendy, a junior, from Tuscaloosa, Ala., receives academic recognition after posting a 4.000 GPA in pursuit of an Exercise and Nutrition Science degree. Dendy held a pair of top-50 outdoor regional rankings in the Pole Vault (fourth – 3.50m) and Triple Jump (24
th – 10.06m).
Warner, a senior, from Enterprise, Ala., earns this honor after posting a 3.966 GPA in pursuit of a History degree. Warner held a pair of top-50 indoor regional rankings in the 5000m (eighth – 17:59.31) and 3000m (13
th – 10:21.95).
Hayhurst, a junior, from Pelham, Ala., receives academic recognition after posting a 3.656 GPA in pursuit of a Business Management degree. Hayhurst held three top-50 outdoor regional rankings in Javelin (seventh – 40.45m), High Jump (17
th – 1.55m), and Discus (24
th – 35.78m).
Brun, a senior, from Savannah, Ga., earns this honor after posting a 3.529 GPA in pursuit of an Accounting degree. Brun had a solid outdoor season, picking up five top-50 regional rankings in Heptathlon (tenth – 3639), Triple Jump (21
st – 10.24m), Javelin (34
th – 30.19m), High Jump (36
th – 1.46m), and Long Jump (46
th – 4.94m).
