MONTEVALLO, Ala. – With the 2025 campaign right around the corner, head coach
Haven O'Quinn has announced the Montevallo Volleyball slate which features a trio of early-season road trips and 10 home contests.
OFFICIAL SCHEDULE
The Falcons kick things off with an exhibition match at West Georgia on Friday, Aug. 22. The regular season begins on Sept. 5 when Montevallo travels to Daytona Beach, Fla. to take part in the Bahama House Classic. O'Quinn's squad will take open the weekend with matches against Embry-Riddle and Sioux Falls on Friday before taking on Flagler and Metropolitan State University of Denver on Saturday.
Montevallo then heads to Greeneville, Tenn. to participate in the Pioneer Invitational on Friday, Sept. 12 where they will battle Tusculum and Southern Wesleyan. The Falcons will travel to Aiken, S.C. on Sept. 19-20 for the GSC/PCB Crossover, opening with Augusta at noon on Friday before playing Lander and host USC Aiken the following day.
The GSC slate begins on Tuesday, Sept. 23 with an in-state matchup in Livingston against West Alabama. The home opener is set for Friday, Sept. 26 at 6 PM when the Falcons host Trevecca inside Central State Bank Arena. Montevallo takes on Lee the following day before three consecutive road matches at Mississippi College (Sept. 30), West Florida (Oct. 3), and Valdosta State (Oct. 4).
Montevallo returns home for a three-game homestand, beginning with West Alabama on Oct. 7. The Falcons will then host a pair of Volunteer State foes over the weekend with an Oct. 10 match against Union and an Oct. 11 contest against Christian Brothers.
The Falcons step out of league play on Oct. 14 when they travel to Mobile for a midweek matchup at Spring Hill. An Oct. 16 home match against Auburn Montgomery is followed by a trio of road matches at Alabama-Huntsville (Oct. 21), Lee (Oct. 24), and Trevecca (Oct. 25).
Montevallo returns home on Oct. 31 for a 6 PM start against Valdosta State. The month of November opens with a home tilt with West Florida before the Falcons host Mississippi College on Nov. 5.
Another three-game road stretch begins with Christian Brothers on Friday, Nov. 7, followed by a trip to Jackson, Tenn. for a Saturday match against Union. The Falcons round out the road portion of their schedule back in the state of Alabama with a Nov. 13 showdown at Auburn Montgomery.
The regular season concludes with a home contest against Alabama-Huntsville at 6 PM. The Falcons will then look to make some noise in the Gulf South Conference Tournament, set to take place the following week from Tuesday, Nov. 18-Sunday, Nov. 23.
