2004 University of Montevallo Athletic Hall of Fame inductee Jess Rawls is a long-time financial supporter of the Falcon baseball program. A two-year letterwinner in baseball at Alabama College in 1966 and 1967, Jess moved into the business sector where he found success with his own brokerage business, establishing Rawls Brokerage in 1978. He has spent many years with the Falcon Club, from its grass roots beginnings. Jess was a member of the Falcon Club for 15 years and Board member for four years. He was also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Michael Stephens College of Business for eight years and Vice-Chairman of the Bruno's Memorial Golf Classic for 11 years, one of the premier golf tournaments of the Men's Senior PGA Tour. For his continued dedication towards the University of Montevallo athletic department, Jess is inducted for meritorious service.
