Michelle Durham was a two-time NAIA All-District 27 selection and a third team NAIA All-American selection during her playing career, which spanned 1986-89. The Louisville, Kentucky native was a member of the 1988 team that advanced to the NAIA Final Four and the 1989 team that advanced to the NAIA Elite Eight. Durham recorded the most assists in a single match in program history with 83 assists against Mississippi College during the 1987 season. Durham recorded the seventh most assists in a single season in program history with 1,564 assists during the 1988 season. Durham is also fourth in program record books with 3,945 assists in her playing career.
